Flipped Bacon Spinach Salad

Do you have a certain recipe everyone wants you to bring to all your get-together's?  This is my most requested recipe from family and friends.  It's just incredible when all the flavor's and ingredients come together!

The homemade salad dressing was in desperate need of flipping.  Too much fat and calories for me!  After a few attempts, I managed to cut the oil from a 1/2 a cup to 2 tablespoons while still maintaining the  flavor profile.  I hope you'll give this Flipped Bacon Spinach Salad a try because it's much better than its original version.  Healthy can taste good!!!
